Surprised that the red block moves in sync with the green dot in a orbit?

You are using the same cup, making the same amount of coffee out of the same coffee machine. Why does your coffee cool down faster than it does in the summer? Of course you’d say that is because winter is much colder, but shouldn’t coffee cool down at some constant rate? like maybe 4°F every minute or something?

As of yesterday, September 18th, Leonhard Euler had left us for exactly 233 years [1]. Euler was a true genius to a degree that some of my friends who major maths in college complained, “I wish he had died earlier.”

Being the only freshman in a high-school Calculus class full of seniors was a wonderful experience. Not only did no one know or talk to me, but my ears were also filled up with complaints like “There will never be a chance for me to use ANY calculus in my life.”
